When I first picked up I’ll Never Be Your Crown Princess, I didn’t know what to expect. I had heard good things about it, but I wasn’t sure if it would be my cup of tea. I’m so glad I took a chance on it, though, because it ended up being one of the best books I’ve read in a long time.

The story follows Princess Aurelia, who is heir to the throne of the kingdom of Elion. Aurelia is a kind and compassionate person, but she’s also headstrong and rebellious. She doesn’t want to be a princess, and she dreams of a life outside of the palace walls.

When Aurelia meets Prince Vikter, the heir to the neighboring kingdom of Valdor, she finds herself drawn to him. Vikter is everything that Aurelia is not: he’s charming, handsome, and ambitious. He also happens to be the enemy of Elion.

Aurelia and Vikter are from different worlds, but they find themselves falling in love. Their relationship is forbidden, but they’re willing to risk everything to be together.

I’ll Never Be Your Crown Princess is a beautifully written story about love, duty, and sacrifice. It’s a story that will stay with you long after you finish reading it.
